Before\nmaking an order, decide first which home you need \u2013 with a typical\n(see out catalogue) or custom design (according to your individual\nneeds)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you can, please visit our production \u2013 we will be happy to show you our manufacturing and our facilities (new and existing ones), as well as the sights of Karelia: Ruskeala Falls (the location of the feature film \u201cThe dawns here are quiet\u201d), the marble canyon, the island of Valaam, etc. We will not only meet you but will also help with accommodation (choose a hotel or a cabin with the Ladoga lakeside view). Project\nand Contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At\nthis stage, we will do a preliminary design of your home according to\nyour custom needs. The result will be a finished design and\nspecifications (a list of necessary building materials, including the\nquantity). The design package will contain all necessary drawings\n(floors, openings and some of the most complex parts). The ultimate\nprice of your home will be based on these two documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During\nthe preparation (before we sign a contract), we will also need to\ndiscuss and agree on a number of important issues such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \n\n\tcomplete set of the end product;\n\t<\/li>
  • \n\n\tmaterials to be used (insulation, sealant, etc.);\n\t<\/li>
  • \n\n\tadditional works;\n\t<\/li>
  • \n\n\tthe supply chain, including access to the customer\u2019s site;\n\t<\/li>
  • \n\n\tother organizational issues related to the assembly on the\n\tfoundation (customers build foundations themselves, guided by our\n\tinstructions).\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Once\nthese issues have been settled, we will sign a contract and proceed\nto payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Payment\nfor the manufacture of a log house is usually divided into four\nsteps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • \n\n\t30% is paid upon conclusion of the contract;\n\t<\/li>
    • \n\n\t30% is paid when the first timber set is completed;\n\t<\/li>
    • \n\n\t30% is paid for the installation of window and door openings;\n\t<\/li>
    • \n\n\tthe remaining 10% is paid after acceptance of the finished\n\tblockhouse on site.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Payment\nfor the assembly of the log house on the foundation is divided into\ntwo steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • \n\n\t50% is paid in advance;\n\t<\/li>
      • \n\n\tAnother 50% is paid after completion of work.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Progress\nReporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        We\nwill send you daily photo reports on the progress of cutting or\nwhenever requested by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Blockhouses\nare transported in special frame packages. You can pick up the\nfinished order yourself or order a delivery. We work with trusted\ncarriers with extensive experience transporting blockhouses. Your\norder will be delivered safe and sound, in the shortest possible time\nand with minimal transportation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If necessary, upon completion of all work, we will be happy to advise you on the available turnkey exterior and interior decoration options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
